出金制限引き下げは規制対策なのか？
ついにBinanceも規制対策をせざるを得ないのか出金上限を引き下げる様です。
変更は8月4〜23日の間に行われ0.06BTCに引き下げられます。
新規アカウントでは制限がすでにかかる様で、アカウントの種類が「Basic Account Verification」となるみたいです。
